Scaling uploaded materials in the editing mode

Adding the ability to adjust the scale of uploaded materials in the "change textures" tool.

You'll be able to scale the material up and down, as well as rotate it to match it exactly to your needs.

    Yes - This would be really good - have just done some material texture changes using woodgrain needed in a particular direction - Currently I have had to do this first with the material in a vertical orientation, then edit my material and apply it horizontally, so to do this within the app would be really good - as would scaling to ensure it looks true to life
