How is my IP protected?

You keep complete ownership of all renderings created using MyArchitectAI. Your designs stay private and confidential - we never share them with anyone else.

Whether you're a Free or Pro plan user, we never use your designs to train our AI models. Your work remains exclusively yours.

Is customer data encrypted?

Yes, all customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit:

• In transit: We use HTTPS (TLS) to encrypt all traffic served to end-users.

• At rest: Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption protocols.

Can I use my renders anywhere?

The Pro plan gives you a full commercial license for all generated renders. Free plan users can only use their generated renders privately.

Is MyArchitectAI GDPR compliant?

Yes, MyArchitectAI is fully GDPR compliant. Keeping your personal information safe and respecting your privacy rights is very important to us.

We’re committed to the protection of personal data and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How are the payments handled?

MyArchitectAI uses Stripe to process payments and does not store personal credit card information for any of our customers.

Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
