Eligibility requirements

To request a refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• Your request is submitted within three calendar days of your original purchase or subscription renewal.

• You generated fewer than 20 images during your most recent billing period.

We’re not able to issue refunds in these situations:

• You didn’t like the style, creative results, or overall look of the outputs.

• The issue was caused by incorrect prompts, wrong settings, or a misunderstanding of how the features work.

• The subscription renewed automatically because it wasn’t canceled before the renewal date.

• The purchase was made by mistake or submitted accidentally.

Refund process

Submit your refund request to kacper@myarchitectai.com, reply to any billing receipt, or reach out through the website contact form.

MyArchitectAI will review and respond to refund requests in no more than 5 business days.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and bank.
